Lights on the works of Italian painter Silvia Pelissero, also known as Agnes-Cecile. Born in 1991 in Rome, she went to art high school in Rome and then continued as a self taught, focusing on watercolor, oil and acrylic, ink and varnish paintings. A nice drippy and delicate blend. Enjoy!
